Mün unravelled her hairdressing journey at the age of 14. It was at this moment her desire to pursue hairdressing slowly unfolded and came to life. With a lifelong passion for hair, she first began her journey working at the local hair salon on weekends and after school hours. Dedicated to hairdressing, she continued her studies at school and eventually graduated from university with a degree in accounting and finance. Despite obtaining a degree in accounting and finance, Mün harboured an underlying love for hair and pursued working as a hairdresser. In the hair salons she worked for, she always gave her all and was awarded managerial positions. Her passion evolved into talent.

In every business, there comes a risk, and the occurrence of COVID meant just that. During the devastating lockdown period, Mün took the opportunity to kickstart what would be considered the beginning of her own business. She made the difficult decision to become a freelance hairdresser. Starting off with no clients, she resolved this dilemma by creating a business page showcasing her talents on Instagram. Her following soon grew, and she gained recognition from many. This sudden recognition meant she became fully booked. To create a balanced, healthy work-life, Mün began to employ other talented hairdressers to assist her.

Through all her effortless work and artistry in hairdressing, Mün was finally able to open her own salon. She designed a space filled with greenery and light. The salon is a place where clients can feel relaxed and peaceful, providing an escape from the busy, fast-paced lifestyle to ensure clients have an enjoyable experience. Mün Hair specialises in balayage, highlights, blonding and hair treatments.
