When scheduling appointments with us, please specify the service you wish to book. For example, if you're interested in highlights or a balayage touch-up, please refrain from booking a root touch-up, as these are different services.
For all colour, keratin, and other treatments, a deposit is required. We operate under a 48-hour policy for changes or cancellations. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in losing your deposit.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour appointments. Please ensure you have allowed extra arrangements for this.
